Fortis Energy was founded with a clear purpose: to make professional energy assessments and property surveys straightforward, accessible, and trustworthy for everyone — from first-time sellers to large property management companies.
Based in the heart of the East Midlands, we serve homeowners, landlords, estate agents, and property managers across the region. Our assessors are fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs), qualified under the Awarding Body of the Built Environment (ABBE) and accredited by Elmhurst Energy — and every certificate we produce is lodged on the national EPC register.
